The videos aren’t loading.

This could be due to a couple different reasons. The most common reason is that you do not have Flash installed on your machine. Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ to download the Flash Player. Additionally, the videos may not be loading due to your connection speed. This system requires a DSL / Broadband connection.
