Receiving an error message when logging in

If you joined through our Mighty Networks community

Log in at community.liveyourtruth.com using the email address you used to sign up. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the login page.

Still stuck? Email support@lythelp.com with a screen shot or screen recording of the error and the device/browser you’re using.

If you are receiving an error when signing in to your Store Account, please try using a different device or browser. We suggest Google Chrome or Firefox. We also suggest clearing your cookies or cache in your browser settings to clear any login errors you may still be receiving. Open a fresh browser tab and login directly at dressingyourtruth.com.  Email us at support@lythelp.com with the details of the error you are receiving so that we may assist you further.
