Product Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Dressing Your Truth®. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on items in resellable condition:

  • Makeup and skincare must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the original seal intact.

  • Jewelry, books, courses, and other items must be returned in resellable condition in original packaging.

Please note that items marked as final sale or clearance may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Special Circumstances

If you experience an allergic reaction or have a concern about a specific product, please reach out to us directly — we’re happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis. We also encourage you to contact us if you’re unsure whether an item you purchased qualifies for a return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal

  2. Scroll to the footer and click the Returns link

  3. Submit your return request. You’ll receive an email with your RMA number and return instructions within 24–48 hours.

What to Include in Your Return

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Your RMA number

  • A brief reason for the return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
