If you are not satisfied with any merchandise you purchase from us, simply return it to us within thirty (30) days of order date for a full refund. Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and include a return authorization form. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Please note: due to potential allergy concerns with our customers, we will not be accepting returns on products with any dog or cat hair on it - no exceptions.

Returns may take up to two weeks to process once we have received the item. We will notify you by email once we have processed the returned merchandise. Return processing may be delayed up to 30 days on packages without an RMA # clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to process back to your account.
