What do I do if the videos are skipping/choppy/not loading?

If you experience a choppy or interrupted playback when you view the online course please note that a high speed internet connection is required. 

Disabling HD playback can also improve video performance. You can disable HD playback by clicking the HD button in the video play bar, that appears like this:


When HD is in color, it is enabled, when it is grey it is disabled. Disable the HD option if you are experiencing choppy playback.

Alternatively, you can pause the video and allow it to load for a few seconds and then resuming playing.  This should help smooth the playback of the videos.
