Help! My online streaming isn't working!

Thank you for joining our online broadcast. We are sorry there is difficulty and recommend the following:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Close down any extra screens or browsers that may be open.
  3. Try a different browser than the one you are presently using.
  4. If you are on a mobile device, try using a computer.
  5. Restart your computer and open only the pages necessary to view the broadcast.
  6. If you are on a laptop or wireless device, move closer to your router.

If you are still having difficulties, please contact your Internet provider and ask them for additional assistance and request a speed test on your Internet service.

Please note: The broadcast is being recorded and will be available for viewing in your membership area within 48-72 hours after recording.
